400 grams of biscuits

2 packs of jelly

2 sachets of whipping cream hardener

400 grams of yogurt

150 gr powdered sugar

1 l liquid cream

4 oranges

4 clementines

100 gr sugar

Preparation method

Hydrate the agar in 100 ml of water, and after 10 minutes melt it in a bain-marie. Beat cream, add thickener, then add yogurt sweetened with powdered sugar and warm gelatin, in a light stream. Add oranges and clementines, finely chop and drain. You make syrup from orange juice and sugar. Cover the cake pan with plastic wrap. Place the orange and clementine slices as beautifully as possible, layer the yogurt mixture, rows of biscuits soaked in syrup, then repeat layers of cream and biscuits.
