Savory Cheese Tart Recipe


100 gr butter

200 gr wheat flour

4 eggs

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 pinch of salt

3 tablespoons of water

600 gr beef fat

300 gr cheese

80 gr cream

2 teaspoons of aromatic herbs

80 gr green onions

1 teaspoon garlic

Preparation method

Mix the cold diced butter with the flour in a bowl, until a gritty consistency is obtained. Add the eggs and continue kneading, then add the salt, sodium bicarbonate and finally the water. If more water is needed, add another 1-2 tablespoons.

Place the dough in the refrigerator after wrapping it in food foil and let it rest for at least 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, the dough is spread on a greased baking sheet and placed in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

Grate the telemeau and cheese, mix with green onions, aromatic herbs, dry garlic, 3 eggs and cream. The composition is poured into molds with pre-baked dough and the tarts are placed in the oven at 180°C for 50 minutes.
