Celery tail or celery (green celery or white celery), not too salty telemea cheese, lemon, extra virgin olive oil, salt, toasted walnuts or hazelnuts. In the original recipe, the cheese used was Robiola. Optionally, cherry tomatoes or even olives can be used for decoration.

Ingredients for 4 servings
Wash and dry the celery well. Then chop finely with a sharp knife. Cut the cheese into small cubes. Place in a large bowl and season with fresh lemon juice. Add a spoonful of extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, and nuts. Leave in the refrigerator in a covered bowl for at least 3.4 hours. Good appetite!
