To avoid having to buy commercial dough, here’s an easy way to make puffy pizza dough with yeast:

– 500 grams of wheat flour

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 3 tablespoons of sugar

– a pack of dry yeast

– 330 milliliters of warm water

– 1/5 cup extra virgin olive oil.

Mix the ingredients by hand and knead a little.

Let the dough rise for half an hour in a warm place.

Then add 1/5 cup extra virgin olive oil and knead until the dough absorbs the oil.

It is allowed to ferment again for another half hour.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Divide the dough, roll each piece of dough very well with a rolling pin until it forms a large circle and place it on an oven tin lined with a baking sheet.

Garnish with tomato juice, mozzarella, basil, mushrooms, corn, red peppers, onion rings, and other favorite ingredients.

Leave the pizza in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
