9 fruit and vegetable juices to drink in the morning

Kale, celery, cucumber and parsley juice

Material: celery stalks, 5 leaves of kale, cucumber, half a bunch of fresh parsley, a few pieces of pineapple (optional).

Preparation: Coarsely chop all ingredients and put in a blender. Mix for a few seconds, add water if you deem it necessary and consume the juice filtered or in the obtained form (recommended variant).

Carrot, apple, ginger and turmeric juice

Material: 4 carrots, 2 apples, a small piece of ginger, a pinch of turmeric.

Preparation: Coarsely chop the ingredients, put them in a blender and mix for a few seconds. At the end, add the turmeric and stir. You can add a little water to make the juice more liquid.

Strawberry, carrot and lettuce juice

Material: 10 strawberries, 3 carrots, juice of half a lemon, 2 kale leaves, apple, some lettuce.

Preparation: Wash the ingredients well, chop coarsely and put in a blender. Mix for a few seconds and, at the end, add the lemon juice.

Beetroot, kiwi and celeriac juice

Material: half a red beet, 2 celery sticks, kiwi, lemon juice.

Preparation: Clean the beets and kiwifruit, then coarsely chop, along with the celery stalks. Mix in a blender and add more water if you feel the need. At the end, add the lemon juice and mix.

Grapefruit juice, mint and green salad

Material: grapefruit, 2 small oranges, some fresh mint, some lettuce.

Preparation: Coarsely chop the ingredients, put them in a blender and mix for a few seconds.

Celery juice, sweet and spinach

Material: 5 spinach leaves, 1 candied fruit, 1 lime, 2 celery sticks.

Preparation: Coarsely chop the spinach leaves, celery and sweet fruit (without the skin of course) and put them in a blender. Stir briefly (add water if you want the juice to be more liquid), then add the lime juice and mix well.

Spinach, cucumber and mango juice

Material: 3 sprigs of parsley, 2 leaves of spinach, cucumber, mango, apple.

Preparation: Peel the mango and cucumber, wash the spinach and parsley leaves. Coarsely chop the ingredients and put them in a blender. Blend for a few seconds and add water as needed.

Beetroot, ginger and cucumber juice

Material: red beetroot, cucumber, a small piece of fresh ginger, lemon juice.

Preparation: Coarsely chop the ingredients, put them in a blender and mix for a few seconds. At the end add lemon juice.

Spinach, carrot and apple juice

Material: 5 spinach leaves, an apple, a carrot, a pinch of cinnamon (for flavoring).

Preparation: Wash the spinach leaves, carrots and apples. Coarsely chop and put in a blender.
