We have come up with the solution and present the simplest and fastest melon cake recipe. What materials do we need, and how are they made.
Melon Cake Recipe
- a watermelon
- five tablespoons of lemon juice
- 75 gr sugar
- two sachets of gelatin
- 500 grams of cream
- cake top
First, we bake the top of the cake and let it cool. Cut the melon into small pieces, put it in a bowl, and add the lemon juice, a little salt and sugar, then mix the composition well with the help of a food processor.
Let it soften for 10 minutes, then put the composition in a saucepan, over medium heat, and pour over the watermelon, stirring carefully, as slowly as possible. We put everything in the refrigerator and whip the cream.
After the above composition starts to thicken, add the whipped cream. With the help of special rings for cakes, place the mixture with melon and whipped cream on top. We leave the cake in the fridge for at least three hours, decorate it to our liking, and then it’s ready to serve. Good appetite!
