Homemade ham and cheese pizza is made with ingredients on hand and very inexpensive to make in your own kitchen.

However, we must remember what the original purpose of the pizza recipe was: Italians used leftovers and whatever they could find in the fridge so they wouldn’t throw it away, and that’s how the first pizzas were made. So pizza should be made fairly cheaply in your own kitchen, which is why we present a recipe with minimal ingredients, but ultimately delicious. So, for homemade pizza with ham and cheese, we will need the following ingredients:

-2 tablespoons olive oil (or regular, for cooking)

Homemade pizza with ham and cheese. Preparation method
For pizza to taste perfect, how you prepare the dough is very important. If you have olive oil, you can grease the bowl that needs to be kept on the worktop, which you’ll need when the topcoat is ready. Until then, the rest of the previously mentioned ingredients should be put in a separate container and mixed well. We are referring here to flour, sugar, yeast, salt. If you want to give it a special flavor, now is the time to add a variety of spices (we said to use minimum ingredients for the low cost of the final recipe). If you decide to add aromatics, do so in this bowl gradually, stirring frequently. Water and oil are also added gradually and mixed with a wooden spoon. Continue the procedure until a sticky dough is obtained. This is pizza dough, which you have to shape by hand until you get a round shape.
Now it’s time to take the ball of dough that you will put in the pre-oiled bowl. The dough should be greased in a bowl until the entire surface is “smeared” with oil. Now the dough should be allowed to rest. The dough should be left in the bowl and should be covered with a special towel or foil. Let stand for about 30 minutes, until the volume increases. After 30-40 minutes have passed, the dough is removed from the dough again and kneaded vigorously. The dough is greased with a rolling pin, and then it should be laid out on a pizza pan, on parchment paper.
For the toppings you need

For the final and most important step in preparing pizza, you need to turn on the oven, which you preheated to 220 degrees Celsius. So you have time to prepare all the ingredients for the topping: grated cheese and ham.
Place the sauce on top of the dough and add the ingredients one at a time. It is important to divide the top of the pizza into imaginary slices that you will eat (triangular or rectangular shape, as you like or like to eat). The last ingredient added is grated cheese.
Now put the pizza top and ingredients in the preheated oven, as I announced earlier, at 220 degrees Celsius, and then watch until it’s done. Usually no more than half an hour.
