Here are the basic ingredients:

Chop all the ingredients very, very finely and mix with the sauce below.

To dress you will need:

  • Olive oil
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • small onion
  • fresh garlic
  • Raw nuts, seeds or nuts of your choice
  • fresh basil
  • Spinach
  • Optionally, you can add grated lemon zest and scallions, a sprinkling of parmesan, inactivated yeast or avocado chunks.
  • A pinch of salt
