– 300 ml skimmed cream

– 1 teaspoon sweet paprika

– 1 teaspoon ground cumin

– 2 green onions

– 2 eggs

– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– 1/2 kg of cucumber

– pepper

– 200 gr wheat flour

Cucumber cake preparation method

Cucumber and scallion cake with cream is the perfect breakfast dish, one you won’t miss once you taste it at least once.

To prepare it, put a little oil in a hot skillet, then add the cucumbers to the pan. Cucumbers should be grated and onions finely chopped. Both ingredients are left on the fire for 15 minutes.

Until the cucumbers and onions are cooked, beat the eggs with cream, add the spices and season with salt and pepper.

Finally add the boiled vegetables, mix well and put everything in the form of a cake, previously greased with a little oil. Place the baking sheet with the entire composition in the oven for 30 minutes. It is recommended to serve the check after it has cooled down!
