- 3 tablespoons coconut
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 3 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons soft butter
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 3 cups rice flour
First, grease a baking sheet with butter, put the coconut on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and put it in the oven on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Place the eggs in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients, then mix well and place the mixture in the tray, in the oven, for 25 minutes.
On top, we put the coconut and leave another 20 mountains in the oven. Let it cool for 30 minutes, then it’s ready to serve. Good appetite!
