Cake with chocolate cream and cherries

Don’t you miss cakes with childhood flavors? How about a chocolate cherry cream cake? With the top made as before and with a delicious cream that you yourself can spread in abundance?

Cake with chocolate cream and cherries

The main ingredient:
(tray 18/20cm)
150 gr sugar
130 ml milk shake
80 ml milk
60ml oil
140 gr flour
50 grams of cocoa
2 eggs
1 baking powder
5 g sodium bicarbonate
Cream Ingredients:
2 eggs
500 ml milk
125 gr sugar
a spoonful of vanilla essence
50 gr flour
2 spoons of chocolate
150 g butter at room temperature
200 g frozen cherries
Glaze Material:
60 grams of chocolate
30ml cream

PREPARATION METHOD

This is the topping I always make for cakes because it’s easy to make and tastes great. Put the sugar and eggs in a bowl and beat with a mixer for 3-4 minutes. Separately mix the liquids: oil, milkshake and milk and put them on top of the eggs. We mix the solids, that is, sifted flour and cocoa, bicarbonate and baking powder, a pinch of salt and mix them into the composition. Grease a baking sheet with butter and line it with parchment paper. We add the composition and put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. We did a toothpick test and if it’s clean it means the top is ready. We wait for it to cool before cutting it into thirds. We keep the lid on top to decorate the cake. For cream, beat eggs with sugar for 2 minutes. Add starch, vanilla essence and milk. We put the composition in a saucepan and mix it until the cream hardens. We put it to cool covered with food foil. We foam the butter for 2 minutes, add cocoa and put cold vanilla cream. The final cream is ready.
We proceed to the installation. We syrup the top with whatever we want, I opted for the raisin syrup which I already have at home. We add a layer of cream, cherries and repeat until the last top. At the end we cover the cake with cream. Break the top cover and decorate the sides. We make a glaze (optional) from a little melted chocolate with cream. We decorate with berries.
