Avocado burger – a delicious and healthy breakfast dish


  • 1 avocado
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small tomato
  • 2-3 slices of smoked meat
  • lettuce
  • Half a cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • half lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon white/black sesame seeds
  • salt, pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil (for fried eggs)


Fry the eggs in 2 tablespoons of oil. You can make it softer or harder, according to your preference. Then fry the bacon slices until they are crispy. Remove them on a paper towel to absorb excess fat.

Peel the avocado and cut it into two equal parts. Cut the tomatoes and cucumbers into thin slices.

Add the lemon juice to the Greek yogurt and mix. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Place a spoonful of yogurt, cucumber slices, egg, caramel bacon slices, tomato slices and, lastly, another spoonful of Greek yogurt in half of the avocado.
