First of all, it’s good to know that your little one needs a transition from milk to solids and more complex recipes around the age of 6-7 months, when he can be given mashed fruits and apples, but also a combination with cheese, yogurt and milk, moments later. But, as he got older, he asked for a much more diverse diet.

To start familiarizing children with certain foods, it’s a good idea for all family members to eat the same dish so that there is no “convincing work” with your little one.

If you get them used to a little salt or sugar, it will be difficult to get rid of it, and besides, it will not be healthy for them, and solid food will be difficult to eat, especially if it is not. no teeth yet.

Proteins are the main building blocks for growth, because bones, muscles and fat are equally important, they contribute to the formation of cell membranes, especially nerve cell membranes.

Baby friendly breakfast

Rice with milk and cinnamon: This breakfast is very delicious and nutritious, both for your little one and for the whole family. You will need one cup of rice and four cups of milk. They continue to burn until the rice is cooked through and a spoonful of organic cinnamon is added and everything is mixed in. You can use honey or maple syrup for a natural sweetener. That’s it, you have a very good quick breakfast that the whole family can eat.

Chia pudding with fruit: To prepare this healthy and delicious breakfast for your child, you will need 250 ml of plant-based milk, you can use soy or coconut milk, 6 tablespoons of chia seeds and a tablespoon of honey for a healthy sweetness. Mix chia seeds with milk and a teaspoon of honey and leave the composition in a cool container. This recipe should be refrigerated for 10 hours, during which time you can treat the baby. It takes a little time to prepare and can be served the next day without a problem, although it takes longer to prepare. Take the fruit you want, you can use strawberries, bananas and cut them into slices. Place the fruit slices on it.

Hard-boiled eggs, served with boiled and mashed cheese and vegetables: Here it is very simple, and this breakfast can be made right in the morning. Boil vegetables (carrots, parsnips and potatoes) until very tender and mashable. Meanwhile, boil the eggs and make them soft or hard, depending on the child’s preference (see HERE when the eggs boil). Put the fresh cottage cheese in a bowl and once the eggs are boiled, place them next to them without the shell and to cool them quickly it is best to cut them in half. Mash the vegetables with a fork and place them in a separate bowl.

Broccoli Souffle: For this recipe you will need 100 grams of fresh cottage cheese, 180 grams of cream, 100 ml of milk, 100 grams of flour and 100 grams of broccoli and two eggs.

Steam the broccoli for a few minutes, then cut the florets into slices. Mix all the mentioned ingredients in a large bowl then add the broccoli. Place in the oven at 180 degrees, with the heat rising and falling between 40 and 45 minutes.

tuna paste: This delicious lunch is so easy to make. When you don’t have enough time to spend in the kitchen, it is best to cook delicious pasta with tuna. For this recipe you will need a packet of pasta (spaghetti or penne), 300 grams of tuna fillet in olive oil, 5 fresh tomatoes that must be roasted to get the perfect taste, a cube of butter and a little Parmesan cheese. Boil the pasta and roast the tomatoes. Once the pasta has drained, put it in the pan where the butter cubes have melted and add the cooked tomatoes, shredded tuna fillet and parmesan cheese.

Vegetable cream soup: Kids can eat delicious broccoli cream, peas or potato soup. All you have to do is sauté the onions, boil the main vegetables you want to make soup with, and put them in the blender. Voila! You have a healthy and delicious lunch.

Baby friendly dinner

Tortilla with mozzarella and cherry tomatoes: Tortilla/tortilla sheets can be made at home or purchased. But if you want to make this dinner quickly, buy a tortilla from the BIO category, heat it up and prepare it to receive the ingredients. Saute some onions, add sliced ​​or diced cherry tomatoes, to taste, and finally add mozzarella. Also, you can add whatever you want: lettuce, peppers, cucumber. Wrap the sheet and place in a covered pan or in the oven. Let it brown on both sides.

Grilled Salmon with mashed potatoes: This is a quick and easy dinner that requires no cooking skills. Buy fresh salmon fillets and put them in the pan after brushing them with a little salt and garlic. No need to add oil because salmon is a fatty fish. Boil the potatoes and mash them together with butter and a cup of milk per 1 kg of potatoes to get a delicious and creamy mash.
