3 eggs
Slice of feta cheese
3 tablespoons pitted olives
5-6 dried tomatoes
a teaspoon of olive oil

Prepare a small ovenproof plate. Crack three eggs straight into a bowl, then season with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil.

If you are using fresh leaves, chop them finely with a knife. Stir well with a fork, until you get a homogeneous mixture.
